Technology in Dispute Resolution

As with every other domain, justice delivery systems and processes will sooner rather than later, undergo a thorough transformation through technology. In order to ensure that this inevitable influence of technology benefits the end-users- litigants, and upholds the principles of nature justice, we at JALDI have undertaken interdisciplinary studies exploring integration and adoption of technology in judiciary.
