Livestreaming of Court Proceedings
The JALDI team was invited to assist the e-Committee of the Supreme Court with the drafting of the Model Rules on Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings . These Rules have been adopted by the Supreme Court and multiple High Courts across the country to imbibe greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice.
