A study of court and case management practices in Meghalaya judiciary
The JALDI team was engaged by the Meghalaya High Court to undertake a study and assist it on the vision of establishing a ‘zero-delay’ judiciary. Our solutions looked at multiple facets of the court as a system - case management, judicial training, court infrastructure and court management. We continue to work with the High Court in enabling implementation of our recommendations.
