Baseline Report on Human Resource Development Strategy in the District Judiciary
We assisted the Sub-Committee of the National Court Management Systems Committee in drafting the Baseline Report on Human Resource Development Strategy in the District Judiciary. The report suggests comprehensive reforms for the recruitment, training, transfer and performance evaluation of judicial officers and ministerial staff in the District Judiciary.
